Withdrawal information

This information applies to consumers. It explains your statutory right of withdrawal and when it ends early for digital content such as your speech.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us ([Full legal name], [address], email [email]) of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email, or use the withdrawal function on our website. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry for digital content

Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have started delivering the speech, provided that you (1) expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal when delivery begins, and (3) we have sent you a confirmation of the contract. We ask for (1) and (2) with two separate boxes before payment.

Our voluntary money-back promise

Independently of the statutory right, you can withdraw and receive a full refund within 14 days of your order using the withdrawal function. It applies once per customer (the same email address or card), the request must reach us before the event date you gave on the order form, and we ask you to tell us briefly what was not right. Other requests within the 14 days are reviewed by a person and answered by email. When these apply, the refund is issued automatically.
