These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. The provider of the service, the seller and your contract partner is:

1. What you buy

You buy a personal speech generated entirely by an AI system (Claude by Anthropic) from the details you enter in our form ("the speech"), delivered on screen immediately after payment. No person writes or edits it. Each order includes the first version and up to 10 revised versions, plus delivery notes. A group pack is one order for 3 speeches by different people at the same event: a wedding party pack, a pack for a birthday, anniversary, retirement, farewell or graduation, a shared tribute for a funeral or memorial, or a team speech pack for an awards night, company anniversary or product launch, in which every speech includes a slide outline. Each speech has its own page and its own 10 revisions; recordings are shared across the pack. You enter the first speech before paying, and each other speaker adds their own details later through their speech link. Anyone with one of these links can see and revise all speeches in the pack, so share them only with your speakers. We coordinate the speeches so stories are not repeated, but cannot guarantee it when speakers enter the same material. The speech is a draft: you must read and check it before you use it. AI can get names, dates and facts wrong, and factual statements in the speech may be false, incomplete or out of date. We do not guarantee any particular reaction from your audience.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown before you order (currently $29 per speech, $69 for a group pack of 3 speeches, $99 for a team speech pack of 3 speeches with slide outlines and $39 for Talk + Slides, a talk with a slide outline, taxes included where applicable). Payment is processed by Stripe.

3. How the contract is made

You fill in the form, can see a free preview and correct any of your answers before ordering. You then tick two separate boxes about immediate delivery (see below) and click "Buy now – payment required", which takes you to Stripe's secure payment page. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment there. Your answers are stored with your order so your order page keeps working; the contract language is English.

4. Delivery

The speech is written and shown on your order page as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within a minute or two. Your order page link stays valid so you can come back to request revisions, and the latest version can be reopened from it on any device. Earlier versions are saved only in the browser you used; please download or copy your final version.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and UK)

Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the speech is digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, but only if you expressly requested that we start before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this with two separate boxes before payment and record it with your order. If you do not give this consent, we cannot accept the order online; you can contact us instead. 6. Money-back promise

Independently of your statutory rights, if you are not happy with your speech, use the withdrawal function or email us within 14 days of your order and we will refund the full price. It applies once per customer (the same email address or card), the request must reach us before the event date you gave on the order form, and we ask you to tell us briefly what was not right. Other requests within the 14 days are reviewed by a person and answered by email. A group pack, including a shared tribute, is one order: it is refunded as a whole, and all its speech pages stop accepting revisions. This voluntary promise does not limit your statutory rights.

7. Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty rights for digital products apply (§§ 327 ff. BGB) and cannot be excluded for consumers. The speech is free of defects when it is based on the details you entered and matches the occasion, the language and roughly the length and tone you chose. If it does not, tell us: our first remedy is to write a new version for you free of charge. If that fails, you may reduce the price or end the contract under the statutory rules.

8. Your content

You confirm that you are allowed to share the stories and details you enter, that you have permission to share other people's personal details, and that your entries are lawful and not defamatory, hateful or harmful. Do not enter sensitive information you do not need for the speech. We may decline or stop writing content that breaks these rules.

9. Use of the speech and copyright

You may use, edit, deliver and share the speech as you like, privately and commercially. To the extent rights in it arise for us, we grant you all of them. Because the speech is generated by AI, it is generally not protected by copyright, and similar texts may be generated for other people, so we cannot give you exclusive rights or copyright in it.

If you publish the speech to inform the public about matters of public interest (for example a political speech or a statement published as news), EU law (Art. 50(4) of the AI Act) may require you to disclose that the text was generated by AI, unless a person has reviewed and taken editorial responsibility for it. This does not apply to private occasions such as weddings, birthdays or funerals.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this contract.

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live. Contract language is English. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
