Honouring someone

Retirements, farewells, welcomes, award acceptances, thank-yous, company anniversaries and the office party toast. Built from your stories, warm without being awkward, safe for a room of colleagues.

$29, the same as our personal speeches. Add a slide outline with Talk + Slides for $39.

Presenting something

Keynotes and conference talks, presentation scripts, all-hands and team meetings, product launches, pitches, and your first talk to a new team. A hook, one clear message, the evidence, and a close people remember.

Talk + Slides, $39: the script, a slide-by-slide outline and delivery notes, up to 20 minutes.

From rough notes to an opening that lands

You bring the substance. We shape it for the ear: one idea per sentence, real transitions, and a close that comes back to the start.

What you type

All-hands, 80 people. New booking app launched in May. Support calls down from about 400 a week to 250. Want people to try the beta and send feedback.

How your talk could open

In April, our support team took about four hundred calls a week. Most of them were the same question: "Where is my booking?"

Last week, they took two hundred and fifty. Nobody hired more people. Nobody worked late. We just stopped making customers ask.

That is what the new booking app did in its first month. Today I want to show you how, and ask for one thing: ten minutes of your time with the beta.

Private by design

  • Your inputs are used only to write your speech. They are not used to train AI models.
  • No account, no newsletter, no sales calls.
  • Never paste unannounced numbers or non-public details: write [Q3 revenue] or [product name] and the speech keeps the placeholder for you to fill in.
  • The writer is told never to invent figures, quotes or claims about your company, and to flag anything you should double-check.

What is stored, where and for how long is in the privacy policy.

Ready to deliver

  • Timed to the length you choose, from 1 to 20 minutes, at a natural speaking pace.
  • Delivery notes: where to pause, what to emphasise, what to check.
  • Cue cards, a large-print view and read-aloud to rehearse.
  • With Talk + Slides: a slide outline that follows the script, ready to paste into your slides app.
  • Inclusive, jargon-light language, with no jokes that could cost you at work.

Keepsakes, included

Print a clean speaker script and numbered cue cards to present from, or share a line from your talk as an image in your company colour.

Less than a team lunch

Human speechwriters typically charge $500 or more for a short workplace speech, and $500 to $1,500 for a business presentation. You get a complete draft in minutes, and you can keep refining it.

One-time payment, taxes included where applicable. No subscription.

Questions from work speakers

Can I expense it?

Usually, yes. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription, and you get a receipt that names the product (for example "Custom keynote with slides"). Check your company's expense policy first.

Who issues the receipt?

Stripe processes the payment and emails you a receipt for your Wellspeech order.

Can I add our company details or VAT ID?

Yes. Checkout for work speeches has a field for your company name and tax ID, so the receipt shows your company details.

Do you train AI on what I enter?

No. Your inputs are used only to write your speech. We use Claude through Anthropic's commercial API, and Anthropic does not use that data to train its models. Your answers are stored with your order so your link keeps working; see the privacy policy.

What should I not paste in?

Unannounced financial results, non-public product details, anything covered by an NDA, and personal details colleagues would not want shared. Write a placeholder such as [Q3 revenue] or [product name] instead; the speech keeps it, and you fill it in before you speak.

Will it sound AI-written?

It is written from your own points, numbers and stories, for the ear: short sentences, real transitions, one clear message. It never invents figures, quotes or company claims. Read it aloud once and change any phrase that is not yours; you can ask for as many as 10 rewrites.

Can I use my existing slides?

Paste the titles and key points of your slides into "Key messages", in order, and the talk will follow them. With Talk + Slides you also get a fresh slide-by-slide outline that matches the script.

Is it OK to use AI for a speech at work?

The content is yours: your message, your stories, your numbers. We give it structure, timing and rhythm, the way a speechwriter or a colleague who is good with words would. You review every line and deliver it in your own voice.
